Michael J. Hogan, Esq. is a partner at Goldberg & Connolly in the construction law and commercial litigation groups and brings 40 years of experience to the firm. Mr. Hogan specializes in construction law, commercial and public contracts, bid and award protests, and claims and disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hogan was counsel at Duane Morris LLP from 2007 through 2015. He represents general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, engineers, owners, developers and suppliers and vendors of construction systems and materials in disputes involving public and private construction projects.

A recognized authority in construction law, Mr. Hogan is often called upon by various industry trade groups including the New York State Affordable Housing Corporation and the National Contract Management Association for presentations of aspects of construction law and public contract procurement.

Mr. Hogan received his Juris Doctor from Marquette University in 1976 and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware in 1972. He was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 1982 and to the Bar of the State of Wisconsin in 1976. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Connecticut as well as The United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Court of Appeals of the Federal Circuit. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and a LEED AP.
