Mr. Brodsky received his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in 1993, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a member of the Journal of Law and Social Problems. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989, graduating Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals of the Second Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals of the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals of the Eighth Circuit.
