Goldberg & Connolly and Deloitte to Present E-Discovery Construction Litigation Program

Goldberg & Connolly is pleased to announce that the firm, along with Deloitte LLP (Deloitte), will present a panel entitled E-Discovery Construction Litigation: How to Minimize Costs & Maximize Results. The event will take place on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. at The Empire Room at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, 40th Floor.

The program will be moderated by Goldberg & Connolly's Managing Partner, Henry L. Goldberg and Frank J. Regnery, P.E., Principal of Capital Projects at Deloitte. Panelists will include Mark W. Cohen, Director of Capital Projects at Deloitte, Erik C. Harssema, CISSP, Senior Manager of Forensics and Dispute Services at Deloitte, and Goldberg & Connolly Associates Michael J. Rosenthal and Jeffrey I. Scott. Speakers discuss various ways to successfully approach E-Discovery.

The term E-Discovery refers to the discovery in civil litigation which deals with the exchange of information electronically. This is now a mandatory element in most federal court and state commercial division cases; and can place a financial and administrative burden on all involved. Speakers will present a comprehensive overview of best practices for utilizing E-Discovery in construction litigation cases, and will share expert insight on avoiding common pitfalls and developing effective, cost-efficient E-Discovery programs.
