Goldberg & Connolly's Henry L. Goldberg Moderates CFMA Panel Discussion on Insurance Coverage Essentials for Contractors

Goldberg & Connolly is pleased to announce that Henry L. Goldberg, Managing Partner, moderated a panel discussion hosted by the New York City Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA)entitled, "Insurance Coverage Essentials for Contractors." The event took place on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Arno's Ristorante in New York City.

The panel featured distinguished speakersTheresa Haugland, Vice President at Insurance Vanguard Coverage Corp., Pierre LePostollec, Regional Vice President at Construction Travelers Insurance, Josephine McCaffrey, Risk Manager at ECCO III Enterprises, Inc., Mitchell B. Reiter, Partner at Goldberg & Connolly, and Jason Schiciano, President at Levitt-Fuirst Associates. Panelists discussed several risks contractors currently face, including rising CGL pricing and higher primary liability limit requirements.

Each of the panelists skillfully represented their individual constituencies and areas of expertise. They also provided advice on reviewing insurance provisions and requirements within contracts and structuring insurance programs to safeguard profits.
