HENRY GOLDBERG, MANAGING PARTNER, GOLDBERG & CONNOLLY PARTICIPATES AS MODERATOR AT NEW YORK'S UNDERGROUND SEMINAR ON OCTOBER 19, 2010

NEW YORK-October 26, 2010-Henry Goldberg, Managing Partner, Goldberg & Connolly,
participated as moderator in the New York's Underground seminar hosted by McGraw‐Hill
Construction on Tuesday, October 19, 2010. The seminar took place at McGraw‐Hill
Auditorium on 1221 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY.

The seminar dug into the next frontier of infrastructure projects set to begin in 2011. Industry
experts discussed the delayed projects and heavy job loss as a result of the financial downturn
as well as the possible government stimulus and investment in infrastructure to come.

The major conference topics included "Trains, Planes and Automobiles" and "If You Build It,
They Will Come." These discussions covered critical issues relevant to construction managers,
general contractors, subcontractors and private and public real estate owners. Design,
engineering and project management professionals were also encouraged to attend.
