HENRY GOLDBERG, MANAGING PARTNER, GOLDBERG & CONNOLLY PARTICIPATES AS MODERATOR OF PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENTS & AREA STANDARDS SEMINAR ON SEPTEMBER 28, 2010

NEW YORK-September 29, 2010-Henry Goldberg, Managing Partner, Goldberg & Connolly
participated as speaker and moderator in the Project Labor Agreements & Area Standards
seminar hosted by the Greater New York Construction User Council on Tuesday, September 28,
2010.


The seminar discussed how to continue using PLAs to build New York's economy while
providing value to owners, developers and New Yorkers. The Economic Project Labor
Agreement (PLA) signed earlier this year created over 25,000 jobs at over 43 jobsites,
stimulating over $7.4 billion in construction activity and creating over 43 million additional man
hours for New York's construction trades. PLAs have restarted work at many of New York's
most high‐profile jobsites, including Beekman Towers, Tower 111, the World Trade Center and
Lincoln Center.
