HENRY L. GOLDBERG OF GOLDBERG & CONNOLLY RECEIVES 30TH ANNIVERSARY AV PREEMINENT RATING

NEW YORK-December 7, 2010-Henry L. Goldberg, Managing Partner, Goldberg & Connolly,
has received his 30th AV Preeminent rating for 2010 through the Martindale‐Hubbell Peer
Review Rating process.

The AV rating is the highest possible professional rating bestowed by peers and reflecting their
confidential opinions. The "A" rating is indicative of a very high standard of professional ability
based on expertise and professional qualifications. The "V" is indicative of a very high ethical
standard rating and denotes adherence to professional standards of conduct and ethics. The
peers in the review process are members of both the Judiciary and the Bar who are familiar
with the lawyer's legal ability and adherence to professional ethics. The rating process is
managed and monitored by the trusted legal resource, Martindale‐Hubbell.

Mr. Goldberg is a prominent authority in construction law and government contracting. Mr.
Goldberg enjoys a working relationship with the leadership of most contracting agencies in the
area and is a member of the Moles, a fraternal organization of the heavy construction industry
and the most prestigious organization of its kind in the world. He is past president of the
Construction Financial Management Association‐New York Chapter and founding Board
member and Counsel to the Long Island Chapter. He serves on the AGC's Surety Bond and
Highway Bridge Committee and the New York Building Congress/MTA Transportation and
Infrastructure Committees. He is currently Editor‐in Chief.
