Brian
P. Craig, Esq. is a Senior Associate with Goldberg & Connolly
and is a member of the firm’s Construction Practice Group.
Mr. Craig has been practicing law since 1987.
Prior to joining Goldberg & Connolly, Mr. Craig was a Partner
and founding principal of the firm Mohen, Craig & Treacy LLP
and focused his practice on commercial litigation, surety law construction
law and government contracting matters. He began his career and
gained substantial construction litigation experience as an Associate
and then Partner for Buckley, Treacy, Schaffel, Mackey, Abbate &
Moore from 1987 to 1997.
Mr.Craig is a graduate of Daemen College and obtained his law degree
in 1987 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is admitted to practice
in the courts of the State of New York and the Southern, Northern,
Western and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also admitted to
practice in the State of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for
the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Court of Claims.
Mr. Craig is a member of the Subcontractors Trade Association and
has been a contributing author for their newsletter as well as a
variety of industry trade publications.
