A. Ortmann Erik A. Ortmann is a Senior Associate with Goldberg Connolly and is a member of the firm's Construction Law and Commercial Litigation Groups.
Prior to joining Goldberg & Connolly, Mr, Ortmann focused his practice on construction law and commercial litigation as a senior associate at Capell Vishnick, LLP. Mr. Ortmann has served as General Counsel to the NYC/LI Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) since 2003. Mr. Ortmann has given seminars and been a contributing author to trade publications addressing issues affecting the contracting industry and has received several awards from NARI for, among other things, his creative and innovative leadership.Consistent with his experience, Mr. Ortmann was elected to the Board of Directors of the Long Island Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association in May 2010.
Mr. Ortmann received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1994. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1990. Mr. Ortmann is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in New York State. |
