The law, when properly utilized and understood, is an invaluable tool for helping my clients achieve profitable solutions to some of their business' most challenging problems. It is always stimulating for me to examine and learn the policies, histories and rationales that underlay the law, but I never lose sight of the fact that my clients are more concerned with the results than the academics. I believe my past successes have occurred because I understand the process and the substance, but as importantly, evaluate the timing and the business considerations that greatly affect when a resolution will or will not be possible or profitable. Missing an opportunity or failing to achieve the best possible result is a loss to me. In golf, karate and representing my clients, I aim to win!
